Aftercare: Pore & Scar Laser

- Redness, stinging, and a burning sensation are normal. A cool compress on the day of treatment helps.
- Redness may last 1–2 days, followed by flaking or thin brown scabs. These usually fall off on their own within 5–7 days — don't pick or peel them.
- You can wash your face the same day, but waiting until the next day is better. Wash gently and never rub.
- Apply moisturizer or repair cream generously and often. It prevents dryness and supports healing.
- Keep out of the sun as much as possible. Reapply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (UVA protection included) every 2–3 hours, even on cloudy days and indoors.
- Skip makeup for 2–3 days if you can. Avoid toners, lotions, and other products containing alcohol, which can irritate the skin.
- For one week, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and hot environments such as baths, saunas, and Korean jjimjilbang.
